What is your shipping policy?
Within Vietnam: In general, a flat-rate shipping fee of VND50,000 will be charged for all orders in Vietnam.
Our order processing time is as follows:
Hanoi: all orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipping fees may vary from one district to another.
The rest of Vietnam: all orders will be delivered through local carriers within 2-3 days. Shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the package.
International: Shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the package and each country. Some tax fees may be imposed upon receiving, i.e. countries like Ireland, India.
What are your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?
We offer a 7-day exchange or refund policy of all new, unused items. Refunds will be processed shortly. Please bear in mind that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
How do I check the status of my order?
For those living in Hanoi, we will get in touch via phone to arrange a delivery time.
If you live in the rest of Vietnam, you will receive a notification email which includes a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
If you live abroad, you will receive a notification email which includes a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
If you haven’t received your order within 3-5 days in Vietnam, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected] with your name, order number and we will look into it for you.
What to do if the item I would like to purchase is out of stock?
In the case that the item you would like to purchase is out of stock, please contact us to be informed about restocking timelines and consulted about other similar products.
Would it be possible for me to purchase in large quantities?

– For international orders, we accept payment via Paypal only
– For domestic orders, we accept payment via: Bank transfer, Domestic Card, Visa Card, Master Card and Cash (except American Express Card)
Food and liquid related order
Please bear in mind that liquid products (shampoo, shower gel, essential oils, diffusers, perfume, etc.) and food products (honey, chili sauce, coffee, chocolate, tea, ect.) require a different shipping fee. We will send individual emails informing you of the shipping fee for each order.
