The Collective Memory team introduces Apricot Liqueur, a Vietnamese dessert wine collection crafted from carefully selected, locally sourced fruit varieties aged in oak barrels for many months in an independently owned brewery in Hanoi. The producer adopted the French way of making cognac so they are as close to the natural fruit characters and tastes as they are possible to get. These savory thirst-quenchers are great for home parties as well as special gifts to give to family and friends during Tet.
